Meeting Opened at 6:31 PM

Bob called the meeting to order.

Introductions were made around the table and minutes were read by Bob.

Motion made by Vic to accept minutes as corrected.

Treasurers report was read

We have $1335.83 in the bank. There has been nothing written on the account this month. We are deducting Bobs 10 dollars for the repeater council from his repeater mishap, leaving him owing 115 dollars.

Repeater Report :

Not much going on, its working.

Reports from members were given.

Old Business:

Club Affiliation :

Repeater Council : We are affiliated now.

Shirts : Tabled until next meeting

Antenna work : Still waiting on EY or James Pelling.

Banner : Get 3 x 8 foot banner for 110 Dollars from Q Printing. Wayne will check on this tomorrow.

New Business :

Field Day : Tabled till next meeting pending SARC meeting next week.

Door Prizes were won by Wayne and George.
