Bob called the meeting to order and introductions were made.
Due to a motion by Dee, we voted on new Members. All new members were accepted.
Those were:
Tip / Mary Ann Moses, Bud Martin, Sharon and Richard Holmes, and Jason Blue.
Minutes were read by Bob because Wayne was taking dues money.
Motion was made to accept minutes as read from previous meeting Motion passed
Secretary / Treasurer Report
There is $1,161.54 in the bank account.
Expenses that have been paid include:
Post office box for 6 months
Misc Startup Office supplies
Proposed budget was discussed and passed. Minutes from executive meeting were passed out.
Passed securing repeater insurance and to become affiliated with the ARRL.
Repeater Report:
The donated Dipole antenna was fixed and checked out.
Repeater is putting out 35W
Net and Rotating NCS schedule was discussed
Saturday we received our repeater parts.
Jacob tied his Echo link server into the repeater and contacts were made by Wayne and George to South Florida and New York.
Nothing Outer-Spacey has been heard on the repeater.
T connector will be replaced with a barrel connector.
Antenna work by EY has not been done yet, still waiting.
Power Supply donated by John KE4HIE works beautifully. No more Voltage Drops.
Proposed amendments to By Laws were passed

Reports from Members on what they have been doing were given.
There was discussion on possibly becoming a testing center, becoming affiliated with the ARRL to do testing.
Write a letter of thanks to Hardees for providing the free door prizes.
Door prize drawings for free Hardees food were won by Jacob and Wayne. Everyone thought this was rigged drawing since we were both setting by each other.
John mentioned the picnic by the NOARC at EYs blueberry patch. All are invited.
