Meeting Opened at 6:38 PM

Bob had to take a leave of absence from the meeting, leaving the minutes in capable hands of Vic, VP.

Introductions were made around the table and minutes were read by Vic.

Motion made by Dee to accept minutes as corrected.

Treasures report was read

We have $1235.83 in the bank, with 90 dollars left to be deposited. Also Bob, KI4RWL, will reimburse the club the 125 dollars it cost to have our repeater fixed.

After these deposits, there will be $1,450.83.

Repeater Report:

40 Checkins on the Net. ARC approved our coordination for higher power and antenna.

Voice ID on the repeater is now working. Tone board will be added. Our repeater is working and fine.

Old Business:

Shirts:

Club decided that we should get some samples of shirts in Rust, Khaki, and Light Yellow. Bob will check with his local contact.

Shirts without collars and polo shirts will be considered.

Subject will be tabled until the next meeting.

ARRL Affiliation:

Bob has yet to hear from them, sent an email at the first of the week, will try to get a phone number to call them.

ARC Affiliation:

Bob has yet to hear from them as well.

Tower Work:

Dave got in touch with the guy he knew, James Pelling, KD4BWQ, and gave him Bobs contact information. Like EY, he has a lot going on. He will contact Bob.

New Business:

Vic has been accepted as a VE. Dave is already a VE. Plans will be made to do a test session.

First Saturday on Even Months tentative dates for testing sessions.

Classes were discussed to be held, as nobody teaches in the area.

Wayne will check on a banner for Field Day. Banner will have website and PO Box address on it.

Motion was made on a design.

Dee made a motion that Vic clean out the closet to find extension cords. Motion Passed.

Reports from members were given.

Motion was made to reimburse Wayne for the Motorola MIRCOR amplifier for the repeater for 81 dollars.

Motion passed. When the amplifier is installed and working, Wayne will write a check to himself.

Hardess food was won by Vic and Dee with the drawing done by Nickie.

Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Wayne. Motion seconded by Dee. Meeting adjourned at 8:01.
