Balance of $1,392.90. Motion made to accept as reported by Dee. Seconded by George. Motion Carried

Old Business:

Field Day:  We never made a motion to officially designate Wayne’s Grandmothers place on the river as our place for Field Day. Motion by Dee to accept that place as the designate one. Seconded by George to make this official. An executive will contact our Field Day chairperson, Allen Scofield (KG4CNA), to lay out ground rules for Field Day. Cleanup will be the 21st.

Cookouts / Get togethers / etc:
April 19th, we can get together and cookout, etc. Some people call it a pot luck, I just call it a get together.

We will be having a license study class on the 12th, and testing on the 19th.

New Business:

Repeater:

Bob spoke with someone the other day regarding the utilities departments’ vacant UHF repeater. We were donated the coax, feed line, antenna, etc. We can now put the antenna on top of the tower. We will be getting this in writing. A motion was made to buy a DB-224-E to replace our older Cushcraft antenna with a price limit of 700 dollars. A second by George. Motion Passed.

Fox hunts were mentioned and Tip was made chairperson for those.

Qtrly Newsletters were mentioned. Wayne volunteered to buy postage and envelopes if someone would write a newsletter to mail to new hams or existing members. Dee volunteered to do the newsletters, and Jacob is supposed to get up with her with new minutes.

Bob checked into the Rattlesnake Rodeo booths, but found their cost unprofitable.
