Secretary Wayne read the minutes. Motion by Vic to accept minutes as corrected with George's call sign changed to KI4RNQ. Motion seconded by Steven. Motion Passed.

Treasures Report: Treasurer Wayne reports we have 1071.06. We have not spent anything.

Motion by Dee and seconded by George. Motion passed.

Repeater Report: Bob broke the repeater. Again. We are putting a new controller board in the repeater.

Old Business:

Club Call sign: According to our Bylaws: the office of Repeater Trustee will hold the call sign.

Amendment 1 Proposed: Strike "the office of repeater trustee will hold the call sign"

Amendment 2 Proposed: President will nominate a club call sign trustee to be approved by the membership as needed.

Club Call sign on Club Repeater: Call sign will be changed to W4ORC

Motion by George and Second by Vic to change call sign. Motion Passed.

New Business:

As of 6:30 this evening we decided to hold our first test session here on October 20th, this will be on a Saturday. If this works out ok, Bob will have to discuss it with Ron, there will be a study session on October 13. Wayne and Jacob heartily volunteered to gather General Study Material. Test session was discussed to be held on October 13th. This causes some concern as it conflicts with the Andy Club.

Amendment 3 Proposed: Separating the secretary and treasurers job. Vic made a motion, and seconded by Dee to separate the secretary and treasurers job.
